What size are the mugs?
All LocoMug mugs are 11 oz ceramic mugs — 3.79 inches (9.6 cm) tall and 3.25 inches (8.3 cm) in diameter. The perfect size for a full morning coffee.
Are the mugs dishwasher safe?
Yes. All LocoMug mugs are dishwasher and microwave safe. We recommend placing them on the top rack of your dishwasher to maintain the print quality over time.
What does the mug look like?
Each mug features a unique Nutrition Facts label design specific to a profession — with humor and details that reflect the real daily life of that job. The mugs have a colored rim, handle, and interior that complement the white exterior print.

Ordering and Payment
What payment methods do you accept?
We accept all major credit cards (Visa, Mastercard, American Express), PayPal, and other payment methods available at checkout.
Can I change or cancel my order?
Because production begins shortly after you place your order, we can only modify or cancel orders within 24 hours of purchase. Please contact us immediately if you need to make a change.
Do you offer discounts for bulk orders?
Yes. If you are ordering 10 or more mugs (for example, for a team or event), please email us at locomug@gmail.com for bulk pricing.
Shipping
How long does shipping take?
Production takes 2-5 business days. After that, delivery times are typically:
- USA: 5-10 business days
- Europe: 7-14 business days
- Rest of World: 10-20 business days
Do you ship internationally?
Yes — we ship to most countries worldwide. All orders include free shipping.
Will I have to pay customs fees?
International orders may be subject to import duties or taxes depending on your country. These are the responsibility of the customer and are not included in our prices.
Returns and Issues
What if my mug arrives damaged?
Contact us within 30 days of delivery at locomug@gmail.com with your order number and a photo of the damage. We will send a replacement or issue a full refund — no return shipping needed.
Can I return my mug if I change my mind?
Because every mug is made specifically for your order, we do not accept returns for change of mind. However, if there is any issue with quality or accuracy, we will make it right.
