All LocoMug products are made on demand by our production partner Printful and shipped directly to your door. Production typically takes 2-5 business days before your order ships.

Estimated Delivery Times

  • United States: 5-10 business days
  • Europe: 7-14 business days
  • Rest of World: 10-20 business days

Shipping times may vary due to carrier delays, customs processing, or peak seasons (especially November-December).

Shipping Costs

We offer free shipping on all orders. No hidden fees, no surprises at checkout.

International Orders

We ship worldwide. International orders may be subject to customs duties or import taxes depending on your country. These charges are the responsibility of the customer and are not included in our pricing.

Returns and Exchanges

Because every LocoMug is made specifically for your order, we do not accept returns or exchanges unless the product arrives damaged or defective.

Damaged or Defective Items

If your mug arrives damaged or with a print quality issue, please contact us within 30 days of delivery at locomug@gmail.com with:

  • Your order number
  • A clear photo of the damaged or defective item

We will replace or refund your order at no extra cost.

Wrong Address

Please double-check your shipping address before placing your order. We are not responsible for orders delivered to an incorrect address provided by the customer.
